Build me an EasyEPLANner style add in for EPLAN that helps an automation engineer and a software engineer model a process in a simple way.

I want to be able to describe things like tanks, boilers, operations, steps, and restrictions in an ISA 88 style structure, then generate Lua files from that data so they can be uploaded to a controller. The app should fit into EPLAN 2.9 and feel like a practical tool for working on real projects, not a toy demo.

Please include a clean user interface for entering and editing the process model, and make sure the generated Lua output is organized and usable for controllers like PLCnext and WAGO. If you need to, look up current EPLAN API docs online as you build.

Keep the code clear, add tests where it makes sense, and make the project easy to build from the repository with submodules included.
