Build me a polished AI Doctor Assistant web app for voice based medical consultations. I want people to be able to sign up, log in, describe their symptoms by typing or speaking, and then get an AI suggestion for what kind of doctor they should see. After that, they should be able to have a real time voice conversation with the assistant and get a clear medical report generated at the end.

The report should save the patient details, symptom summary, likely diagnosis, medicines, advice, and the full conversation transcript so users can review past sessions from a dashboard with consultation history. Please make it feel like a real SaaS product with a clean landing page, responsive design, and basic pages like doctors, pricing, health tips, and contact.
