Build me a repository for a library of AI helper skills for research work, mostly for Claude Code and also a matching set for Codex.

I want it focused on open science and social science methods, so the skills help with things like experimental design, survey writing, conjoint studies, list experiments, topic modeling, text classification, literature reviews, manuscript quality checks, and transparent reporting. The goal is that a person can describe a research task in plain language and the right skill kicks in, or they can call a skill directly.

Please make it feel like a real toolkit for researchers, with clear setup instructions, a list of skills, and source backed guidance from published methods references. It should support both a Claude Code plugin style setup and a Codex library style setup, with consistent naming and easy ways to add more skills later. If you need to check current docs for Claude Code or Codex, go ahead and look them up online.
