Build me a football prediction app and matching Bittensor subnet for it.

I want miners to predict upcoming match results, mainly home win, away win, or draw, and validators to fetch real matches, send challenges, score the predictions after games finish, and reward the best ones. Please include a simple base miner that can run with a trained model, and a validator that can keep checking new fixtures and update scores automatically. Also make the fan app where people can sign up, submit their own predictions for upcoming games, and see a leaderboard with weekly win rates and rewards.

Use the leagues and setup already described in the project, and make sure it works for both testnet and mainnet. If anything needs current docs or API details, look them up online and wire it up cleanly. Keep it easy to run locally and on a server with the install scripts.
