Build me a reusable skill pack for coding agents that helps them create really polished Three.js graphics, not just basic demos. I want it to feel like a graphics taste and direction pack, with a router that picks the right specialist skill for a visual goal, then focused skills for things like camera direction, procedural animation, materials, geometry, vegetation, planets, oceans, atmosphere, clouds, space effects, shadows, ambient occlusion, bloom, exposure and color grading, and visual validation.

Please make the systems deterministic where possible, with clear input controls, useful diagnostics, stable scale and motion rules, quality tiers when needed, and a solid no post baseline so scenes still look good before effects are layered on.

I also want install and uninstall support for common coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, and a custom path option. Include a dev gallery where I can inspect example scenes and graphics techniques from one place.

Make it feel production minded and easy to validate and test. If you need details, look up current docs online.
