Build me a self hosted screen sharing app for developers, something like Screego, where I can start a session and share my screen with other people in a browser with good quality and low lag.

It should let multiple users join a share, use WebRTC for the video stream, and include a TURN server so it still works behind NAT and firewalls. Make it easy to run either with Docker or as a single binary, and include a simple web interface for joining and managing sessions. I also want basic config support for things like server settings, users, and logging.
