Build me a clean desktop app for Kalshi that can watch markets in real time, spot whale orders and momentum plays, and optionally place trades for me. I want it to feel like a polished Windows app, not a script, with a simple UI for API keys, scanners, strategy settings, saved profiles, and trade history. Keep everything local on the machine, store keys and trades in a local database, encrypt credentials for the current Windows user, and only connect to Kalshi plus crypto price data when needed.

Make it start safely in demo mode with dry run on, and give me obvious switches for live trading, daily stop loss and take profit, trading hours, and a full kill switch. It should also cover the 15 minute crypto markets like BTC, ETH, and SOL, support paper or live execution, and resync positions and fills when the app restarts. If it fits, add profile import and export plus optional Discord notifications and presence. Look up the current Kalshi docs online if you need to.
