Build me a clean set of research workflow tools for working with Claude Code on empirical economics projects.

I want this repo to help with coding, teaching, presentations, PDF workflows, and keeping track of research ideas and evidence in a way that feels practical, not over engineered. Please set it up so I can use it as a real working system with clear markdown based instructions, reusable prompts or personas, and examples I can adapt for my own projects.

The main things I want are a workflow guide, an audit style review process for checking code and results, a way to spot blind spots in figures and tables before I start writing, and a simple research task tracking system. If there are presentation templates or example decks that fit this style, include those too.

Make it polished, easy to read, and consistent across the repo. If you need to look up current docs online to make sure anything is up to date, go ahead.
