Build me a lightweight Windows app for HP Omen and Victus laptops that can replace the bloated Omen Hub for the basics I actually care about.

I want it to run quietly in the background from the tray, show laptop temperatures, fan speeds, and useful hardware info, and let me control fan behavior safely with sensible defaults. It should also let me change keyboard backlight colors and configure the Omen key if the laptop supports it. Please make it cautious with unknown models, read the hardware first, detect the layout automatically when possible, and save a working profile so people don’t have to edit files by hand.

Add a simple auto calibration and diagnosis flow that guides the user, tests fans, finds the right fan sensor readings, and creates a report someone can paste into a bug report. Also include a command line mode for generating a full hardware probe report and doing advanced BIOS or controller reads when needed.
