Build me a GitHub repo for a curated library of AI agent skills that people can actually use, not just a list of links.

I want it to feel like a real open source project with a clear README, install instructions, a browsable catalog of skills by category, and a simple way to add one skill or several at once. Each skill should be a complete SKILL.md workflow with its own instructions, and the repo should cover useful areas like agent building, security, coding, data, documents, DevOps, research, marketing, sales, and productivity.

Please also include a small demo that shows why these skills matter, plus basic validation or checks so the library stays organized and consistent. Make the whole thing easy to navigate for someone using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Gemini CLI. If you need current docs for the skills format or best practices, look them up online first.
