Build me a simple Ruby script that generates clean statistics charts for penetration testing reports.

I want to be able to put my vulnerability data into a JSON file, tweak a small config file for things like language, font, and colors, then run one command and get chart images out in an output folder. The charts should look good enough to drop straight into a pentest report, and it should support at least English and French labels.
