Build me a private personal finance app I can run myself on my own computer or server, so my banking and spending data doesn’t have to live with some company.

I want to create an account, add multiple bank accounts, import transactions from CSV and common finance files, search and filter transactions, export them, and set up rules so repeat purchases get categorized automatically. Please include budgets, recurring transactions, savings goals, asset tracking, net worth reports, and income versus expense reports with useful charts.

It should support multiple currencies and show warnings if exchange rates aren’t configured. Add optional bank syncing for providers like European PSD2 banks, Brazilian banks, and SimpleFIN if credentials are provided. Also include multi user support, admin settings, registration controls, and two factor login.

Make it easy to run with Docker, with a clean web interface and a Python backend. Optional AI chat over my own finance data would be nice, but it must be off by default and self hosted friendly.
