Build me a self hosted media request and discovery app for people who run Jellyfin, Plex, or Emby. I want users to sign in through their media server account, browse movies and shows, see what is already in the library, and request new titles or specific seasons in a clean friendly interface.

Admins should be able to approve or decline requests quickly, manage imported users, set permissions, connect Sonarr and Radarr, and choose where movies or shows get sent. Please include support for notifications, watchlisting, blocklisting, email settings, and library scans so the app stays aware of what is available.

Make it work well on phones too, since approving requests on the go is a big part of it. It should be easy to run locally or with Docker, with either SQLite or PostgreSQL. Keep the setup simple, polished, and ready for real home media server use. Look up current docs online if you need to.
