Build me a Python tool for turning messy enterprise data into a governed knowledge graph that an AI agent can use for decisions and answers.

I want it to ingest data from a few different sources, extract entities and relationships, merge duplicates, keep track of where every fact came from, and let me query the graph later with clear explanations for why something was linked or decided. It should support ontology and rule based validation, basic graph analytics, and a simple way to export audit trails so a compliance team can review them.

Also include a small visual explorer so I can browse the graph, see provenance, and inspect decisions in a human friendly way. Make it work as a self hosted project, and keep it swappable so I am not locked into one storage backend.
