Build me a web app for managing DevOps automation from a browser, something like a modern replacement for running deploys from the terminal.

I want users to be able to create projects, add inventories and secret variable groups, define reusable task templates, and then run those tasks on demand or on a schedule. It should support Ansible playbooks, Terraform or OpenTofu, Terragrunt, PowerShell, and simple shell scripts. Make it easy to see task history, live status, logs, and failures, and add notifications when something goes wrong.

Also include basic access control so different people can only see or run what they’re allowed to.
