Build me a full ecommerce web app called ShopEase where people can sign up, log in, browse products, search and filter by category, and view product details with stock info. I want a shopping cart that keeps items saved, a simple checkout flow with shipping, billing, and order review, then an order confirmation page and an order history page where users can see past orders and update their profile and default shipping address.

Also include an admin area for managing products and orders, so an admin can add, edit, delete products, and update order status from pending to delivered. Use a modern React frontend and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB, JWT login, and protected pages for both users and admins. Make sure checkout recalculates prices on the server and updates stock after an order is placed. Seed it with a few sample products and a demo admin account so I can try it right away.
