serac-labs/serac — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an open source command line app called Serac for ServiceNow developers. I want it to feel like an AI teammate in the terminal, where I can paste or describe a ServiceNow story and it can plan the work, make the changes in my instance, and help ship the update set.

It should let users bring their own AI key and choose providers like Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Azure, Bedrock, GitHub Copilot, or local models. On first launch, guide them through setup, then show a clean terminal interface with a planning mode that only reads and explains, and a build mode that can actually edit and run tools.

Please include ServiceNow focused tools for common work like Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, dashboards, update sets, validation, rollback, and impact analysis. Make it configurable, documented, and easy to install with one command. Look up current docs online if you need to.
