Build me a local Python web app for checking my AWS accounts in one place. I want to open it in my browser, pick one or more AWS profiles from my computer, including SSO profiles, and see clear dashboards for cloud cost, security risks, resource inventory, network layout, Well Architected advice, and basic health monitoring.

It should show monthly spend, services, regions, EC2 details, budgets, credits, and trends. It should scan common AWS services for security issues and map findings to CIS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and AWS Well Architected. I also want inventory across regions, VPC topology views, AWS region latency and outage checks, plus an AWS service reference and AWS news search that can work without credentials.

Please make it easy to run with one command on Mac, Linux, or Windows, no Docker or cloud deploy needed. Include demo mode with fake or masked account data, dark and light mode, Turkish and English language switching, and export reports as HTML, CSV, and PDF. Use current AWS docs online if you need to.
