Build me a set of Instagram marketing skills for Claude Code and Codex that helps me write better captions, Reels hooks, carousels, hashtags, and weekly content plans in my own voice.

I want the assistant to draft everything first, strip out the obvious AI sounding stuff, and always wait for my approval before anything is published. It should be able to work from my notes, a post draft, or a Reel idea, and turn that into something ready to post on Instagram. If possible, also include a way to connect publishing through Publora so I can go from draft to scheduled post after I review it.
