Build me a simple browser extension for Skool.com that helps people save course and community videos they already have access to, so they can watch them offline later.

When someone opens a Skool classroom lesson, course module, community post, or about page, the extension should automatically notice videos on the page. It needs to work with Skool’s own video player plus embedded Loom, Vimeo, YouTube, and Wistia videos. Add a floating download button and also let people use the browser extension popup. When they click download, let them choose the available video quality and save the file as an MP4.

Please make it friendly for non technical users. Show clear status messages, download progress, speed, and a small queue that can handle up to 3 downloads at once. Keep it privacy friendly with no tracking or unnecessary data collection. It should work in Chrome style browsers and Firefox if possible.

Look up current browser extension docs online if you need to.
