Build me a simple but polished AI consultancy CRM that a small sales team can actually use day to day. I want secure sign in with workspace roles like admin, manager, and team member, plus invite flows for adding people. The main experience should be lead management, with statuses, tags, assignments, notes, notifications, and a clean lead profile view that also shows the conversation history.

Please include WhatsApp messaging so the app can send and receive messages and media through a webhook, and add AI assisted replies to help staff answer faster. I also want a useful dashboard with analytics, weekly reporting, and the ability to export data to CSV and XLSX.

Use what is already in this repo and make sure both the backend and frontend run locally with the env file setup from the example. Keep secrets out of the code. If anything is unclear, check current docs online and wire it up in a sensible way. Make it feel production ready, not just a rough demo.
