Build me a full stack team collaboration app like a lightweight Slack for small companies.

It should let people sign up, log in, join a workspace with an invite code, create or browse channels, and chat in real time. Messages should support file uploads, @mentions, read status, typing indicators, online presence, notifications, and message search. I also want an admin area where someone can see workspace activity, basic usage stats, manage users, and view logs.

Please make it feel polished and usable, with a clean dashboard, sidebar, chat window, search bar, and notification bell. Use a MongoDB, Express, React, Node setup with real time updates, and keep the backend able to run with or without Redis if possible.
