Build me a full stack job portal called NextHire where job seekers and recruiters can both sign up, log in, and use the app in different ways.

Job seekers should be able to browse jobs, search for roles, open a job to see details, apply to jobs, and manage their applications and profile. Recruiters should be able to register, post new jobs, edit or delete their listings, and view the people who applied. I want secure authentication with login, protected pages, and role based access so each user only sees what they should.

Use a simple clean UI and make the app work end to end with a React frontend, Node and Express backend, and MongoDB for data storage. If you need to check current docs or best practices while building it, go ahead and look them up. Please set it up so it runs locally with separate frontend and backend starts, and include the basic environment variables needed for database connection and JWT auth.
