shandar/HAL9000 — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local HAL 9000 style AI assistant that runs on my computer and opens in a browser control panel. I want it to feel like a sci fi command center, with a webcam view, simple HUD effects, a chat area, a mic button, live voice recording, and spoken replies.

It should work on Mac, Windows, and Linux if possible. It needs a free local mode with Ollama, local speech to text, and a free text to speech option, but also let me use paid providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or ElevenLabs if I add keys.

The assistant should be able to remember useful facts, accept uploaded documents or code as knowledge, search that knowledge later, and help with basic computer actions like files, clipboard, shell commands, apps, screenshots, web search, and background tasks. Please also include Claude Code integration through MCP so another coding agent can talk to it. Look up current docs online if you need to.
