Build me a desktop app for LED show prep that takes a big stageview render and turns it into a normal output video that will still play correctly on a mapped LED wall.

I want to be able to load a video or image, set up the input canvas and output screens, draw and resize slices, move them around, rotate or flip them, and preview the result live so I can check the mapping before export. It should also import and export Resolume compatible XML, since that’s how I already work sometimes.

Then on an export page, let me trim clips, tweak simple image controls like brightness and contrast, choose a format like ProRes, DXV3, HAP, HEVC, H.264, PNG, or WAV, and render out a file that can play on a simple laptop or media player without needing special mapping software. If it helps, include a test pattern, multiple outputs, and a watch folder for automatic remapping.
