Build me a Claude Code based job application assistant that I can use with as little manual work as possible. I want to fill in my background once, including my profile details and a library of accomplishment bullets, then be able to run a simple command, paste in a job description, and get a complete application package back in a new folder for that company and role.

The package should include a fit assessment with strengths, gaps, and an overall score, a tailored resume that picks the best bullets and rewrites them to match the role without making things up, a short clean cover letter, and a practical outreach plan I can actually use. Please make sure the resume bullets follow the required structure and character length, and that the system checks its own output before finalizing anything. I also want ready to send DOCX versions, not just markdown. Use the existing examples and playbooks in the repo, and if anything is unclear, look up the current Claude Code docs online.
