Build me a clean open source website for a curated list of copy and paste AI prompts for developers.

I want it to feel like an awesome list, with clear categories for different kinds of coding work, a simple homepage, and pages that let people browse prompts, read a short explanation, and copy the full prompt easily. The whole thing should be built so it works well with AI coding agents, with prompts that encourage verification, small safe steps, and testing instead of guessing.

Please include a contribution guide, changelog, code of conduct, and a place for usage stories or examples of prompts working in real projects. I’d also like support for translations later, even if only English is filled in at first. Make the design simple and readable, with good navigation and a polished landing page that explains why these prompts are different.
