Build me an offline desktop super store management app for a small retail shop.

It should work as a POS and inventory system, with a login screen for admin, manager, and cashier roles. I need billing with barcode scanning, product search, category filtering, a cart with quantity controls, discounts, tax, customer selection, cash card and mobile payments, and receipts that can be printed or saved as PDF.

Also include product, category, customer, supplier, stock, and user management. Show low stock alerts, stock adjustment history, sales history, and a dashboard with today’s sales, transactions, products, low stock items, recent sales, and revenue charts.

Add reports for sales, profit, inventory, customers, suppliers, and tax, with CSV and PDF export. Settings should let me edit store name, address, phone, logo, tax rate, currency, receipt message, and dark or light theme.

Make it run locally with Python, a modern desktop UI, and SQLite so it doesn’t need internet. Use secure password hashing and basic login lockout.
