Build me a desktop app called Ember that lets me paste in a Spotify, YouTube, or YouTube Music link and quickly download the matching song, album, or playlist as a high quality audio file, or as video if it is a YouTube link.

It should automatically find the best match, prefer exact matching when it can, and fall back to smarter title and artist matching when needed. After downloading, it should tag the file properly with cover art, artist, album, track number, year, genre, and ISRC, so the library looks clean in music players.

I also want the app to handle batch downloads for albums and playlists, let me choose which tracks to include, and give me a way to manually fix a bad match. It should have a nice desktop interface with a custom window, download history, themes, and a simple place to inspect local audio files and add metadata to them too.
