Build me a clean personal portfolio website for a developer. I want it to feel modern, simple, and professional, with a nice landing section, an about me area, skills, featured projects, education or experience, and a contact section. Make it fully responsive so it looks good on phones and laptops, and give it polished styling instead of a plain template.

Since there’s a backend folder and env file, please also set up a working contact form so visitors can send me a message, with basic validation and a clear success or error state. If it makes sense, keep the content easy to update later with my own info, project links, resume, and social profiles.
