Build me an end to end talent sourcing agent from this repo. I want a simple web app where I can scrape remote job listings in the US and Europe every day, score which companies are a good fit for hiring strong lower cost talent from places like the Philippines, India, and Ethiopia, find a business contact email when possible, draft a personalized outreach email, and track the whole pipeline in a live dashboard.

Please make the daily automation work, but also give me a manual admin option to run a scrape or outreach job on demand. Keep it safe by starting in dry run mode so I can review everything before any email is actually sent. I also want basic settings for things like email limits and the toggle to go live later.
