Build me a small RAG chatbot for the Agentic AI eBook that only answers from that PDF and says, I cannot answer based on the provided document, when the question is outside the book. It should be able to load the ebook from the data folder, split it into chunks, create embeddings, and store them in Pinecone, then use those retrieved chunks to answer with Google Gemini.
