Build me a full stack campus issues tracker for a hostel and college setting.

I want students to be able to sign up, sign in, and stay logged in, then submit maintenance complaints with a title, description, location, issue category, severity, how many students are affected, how long it has been there, and a few safety or urgency flags. Each report should support multiple proof images and be visible in a public feed where anyone can browse, search, filter, sort, and open a detailed page for one issue.

Also include a profile page where a logged in user can update their account and manage only their own reports, with edit and delete options. On the issue detail page, add a simple way to contact the reporter with a prefilled email link.

Make the UI clean and easy to use on mobile and desktop, with separate pages for home, about, sign in, sign up, search, create report, update report, listing detail, and profile.
