Build me a WhatsApp based AI assistant for farmers that can answer in Hindi and English. I want users to be able to send a crop photo and get back a likely disease diagnosis, with a smart fallback to a more powerful vision model when the first answer is unsure. It should also answer simple questions about mandi prices and current weather in plain language, like “What is the soybean price in Indore?” or “Should I spray today?”
