Build me a Windows app like a private voice typing helper for everyday use.

I want to press a hotkey anywhere, speak naturally, and have the app type clean text into whatever is focused, like email, browsers, Slack, Notion, VS Code, or any text box. It should run locally on the computer, with no account, no subscription, and no cloud requirement, and it should clean up the speech so it removes filler words, fixes punctuation and capitalization, and handles self corrections in a smart way.

Please also include a simple tray app or small dashboard where I can see recent dictations, basic usage stats, and manage settings. It would be great if I can save a few custom phrases or snippets, teach it special words or names, and use a mode where I can select text and speak an instruction to rewrite it.
