Build me a full streaming app project with a React frontend and a few Node and Express backend services for auth, streaming, admin, and chat, all talking to MongoDB.

I want it containerized so I can run it locally with Docker Compose, then deploy it with Kubernetes on AWS. Set it up so images can be built and pushed through Jenkins into Amazon ECR, then deployed to EKS with Helm. Please include sensible production stuff like environment based config, secrets, health checks, restart friendly deployments, scaling, and persistent storage for MongoDB.
