I want it to read the provided datasets, build a searchable index, and let me chat with it in the browser on my own machine. If Ollama is available, it should use a small local model to turn the retrieved passages into a helpful English answer, and if not, it should still show the relevant verses directly. Please make it work offline, keep everything on localhost, and store the indexed verses in SQLite so it is fast to search. It would also be great if there is a simple command line version for one off questions, plus a way to add optional embeddings later for better retrieval.
