Build me a simple financial dashboard using this project as the starting point. I want it to feel like a clean web app where someone can quickly see their money at a glance, with summary cards for things like total balance, income, spending, and recent activity.

Please make the main dashboard easy to understand, with a few charts or visual sections that show trends over time and spending by category. Add a simple transactions area so a user can see example payments, deposits, dates, categories, and amounts. It’s fine to use realistic sample data for now, no real bank connection is needed.
