shruti-kumari001/portfolio-website2 ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a modern personal portfolio website that looks clean and professional on desktop and mobile. I want it to showcase my skills, projects, and work experience as a MERN stack developer, with a nice landing section, an about section, a projects section, and a way for people to contact me.

Please make it feel polished and responsive, with smooth scrolling, good spacing, and a design that works well on phones too. If it makes sense, set it up as a simple full stack app with a frontend and a backend so the contact form can actually work. Use current best practices and keep the code easy to understand so I can update my content later. If you need to check anything, look up current docs online.
