Build me a full stack app that lets users sign up and log in, then add HTTP services they want to monitor, like their APIs or websites. It should check each service automatically on a schedule, show whether it is up or down, track uptime percentage, and record response times so I can see trends over time in a simple chart.

I also want a button to run a check right away from the dashboard. Each service should have its own detail page with recent history and a clear status display. Add a way to log deployments too, with version notes, so I can see if an outage happened after a release.

Make it feel like a clean monitoring dashboard, with protected pages for logged in users only. Use a modern React frontend, a Node and Express backend, MongoDB for storage, and set it up so it runs easily with Docker. If you need to look up current docs for anything, do that.
