Build me a friendly app for older adults called SmritiSaathi that helps with memory games, memory notes, routine reminders, and caregiver support.

I want people to be able to register and log in as a patient, caregiver, or healthcare worker, then see the right dashboard for their role. Patients should go through a simple onboarding assessment, then use Memory Match, write memory notes, set reminders, and approve or decline caregiver connection requests. Caregivers should be able to request access by email and only see patient info after approval.
