Build me a small personal library of ready to use Claude skills that I can upload or unzip and install. I want each skill to feel like a focused expert with clear instructions and good output formatting for recurring tasks.

The collection should cover pipeline automation and build debugging, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes troubleshooting, system bottleneck and incident debugging, production readiness mentoring, practical learning blueprints, travel planning for couples with India friendly pricing, and image prompt plus editing help. Keep the repo flat and simple, with one packaged skill file per skill and a clear README that explains what each one does, how to install it in Claude apps or Claude Code, and how to edit it by extracting the underlying skill file.

There is also an older pipeline failure analyzer in markdown, keep it as a legacy reference and note that the newer pipeline architect skill replaces it. Please make the prompts polished and actually useful, not just placeholders. If needed, look up the current Claude skill format online.
