Build me a repo that acts like a big installable library of reusable AI coding assistant skills. I want people to be able to browse a large catalog of skills, search by what they need, and then either install the full collection or pick smaller focused packs for things like web app building, security, docs, product work, testing, and workflows.

It should feel useful for people using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Autohand Code, Antigravity, Copilot, and similar tools. Each skill should be packaged as a clear playbook file with practical instructions, and the project should also include bundles, workflow guides, and plugin safe distributions for people who do not want the entire library.

Please include an easy installer command, simple docs for choosing the right setup, and a hosted web catalog experience for discovery with skill details and comparisons. Keep it community friendly, easy to update, and organized enough that new skills and plugins can be added over time. Look up current docs online if you need to.
