Build me a Streamlit app for generating and managing business documents like SRS, SOW, proposals, technical specs, and business plans.

I want to be able to upload old PDFs, Word files, text files, or Markdown files, and also paste in a direct PDF link. The app should learn from those documents, use them as reference when creating a new draft, and let me generate a clean Markdown version that I can review, edit, save, and download.

It should also have a place where I can ask questions about the saved documents and get answers from the stored content. Please include a quality check that points out missing sections, vague wording, and gives suggestions to improve the document. Keep version history so I can restore an older copy if needed.

Make the interface simple and polished, with pages for generating, uploading, browsing saved documents, chatting with documents, and maintenance. If you need current docs for any of the AI or Python libraries, look them up online first.
