Build me a simple web app for a ruthless AI mentor inspired by Ayanokoji Kiyotaka from Classroom of the Elite. I want it to feel like a private White Room training session, not a cheerful chatbot.

The user should be able to type a problem, goal, weakness, or question, then the mentor replies with cold, direct guidance that is still actually useful. It should push the user to think harder, point out excuses, and give practical next steps. Keep the design clean, dark, focused, and a little intimidating, with a chat style layout and a clear input box.
