Build me a simple web app for checking a batch of NF e access keys in the SITRAM SEFAZ CE portal.

I want a page where I can paste or upload a CSV or TXT with lots of 44 digit keys, click one button, and get back a clear result for each one, like PAGA, A PAGAR, SEM COBRANÇA, NÃO SELADA, or INVÁLIDA. It should also show a summary count of each status, let me export the results to CSV, and print them if I need to.
