Build me an open source library of specialized AI agent skills that people can drop into Claude Code, Codex CLI, Antigravity CLI, or similar tools.

I want it to feel like a team of expert helpers for software work. Include around 137 named agents for things like bug investigation, testing, security review, UI and UX, product planning, observability, compliance, design, launch work, and documentation. Each agent should have a clear personality, what it is good at, when to use it, and what it outputs.

Add a main orchestrator called Nexus that can take a vague request like “build login” or “fix this bug” and suggest the right chain of agents. Also include a simple interactive catalog website where people can browse the agents, filter by category, read their profiles, and understand how they relate.

Make the README friendly, with install steps, example commands, and enough guidance that a newcomer can start using the skills right away. Look up current docs online if you need to.
