Build me a polished open source OSINT dashboard called OSIRIS. I want it to feel like a global command center with a fast interactive world map where I can turn intelligence layers on and off and see live counts for each layer.

The map should show things like flights, earthquakes, active fires, CCTV camera locations, major ports and chokepoints, live news broadcasters, weather events, satellites or space weather, cyber threats, and active conflict zones. When I click items on the map, show a clean detail panel, and for news points let me open the live stream.

Also include a RECON toolkit panel with simple tools for port scanning, DNS lookup, WHOIS, SSL certificate info, IP intelligence, and CVE lookup. If scanner keys are missing, show a clear unavailable message instead of breaking.

Make it work locally with public data where possible, include environment variable examples, and make it deployable with Docker or Vercel. Use current docs online if needed.
