sindresorhus/awesome ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a website that's a central directory for all sorts of useful resources, like the "Awesome" lists on GitHub. It should be one long, single page. At the top, I want a table of contents that links to all the different categories further down, like "Programming Languages," "Gaming," "Front-End Development," and so on.

Under each of those category headings, I want to list out the resources. Each item in the list should have a name, a short description, and a link to whatever it is. The layout should be clean and simple, really easy to read, with a focus on the content itself. This will be a living project, so it needs to be very easy for me to add new links, edit descriptions, or create new categories just by editing a straightforward content file.
