I want a Unity package for URP that adds raymarched volumetric fog volumes to a scene, with a nice artist friendly workflow. It should let me add a fog render feature, drop a Fog Volume onto an object, assign a profile, and shape the fog using cube, sphere, capsule, and cylinder volumes with rotation and non uniform scaling.

The fog should support animated 3D noise, real time lights, shadows, and light cookies, and it should be able to create moody effects like outdoor mist, light shafts, and streetlight fog. Please include performance options like half or quarter resolution rendering with depth aware upsampling, plus an optional temporal reprojection mode if it makes sense. It does not need to be fully physically accurate, but it should expose good artistic controls.

Make it usable as a package I can add from a Git URL, and include a few sample scenes that show the effect clearly. If needed, check current Unity URP docs online so it works cleanly in Unity 2022.3 and newer.
